Delivery
Walk in and call in orders taken. Unless previous arrangements have been made all sales are C.O.D. Shipping orders are pre-paid only. Sales are taxable unless current resale information is on file.

Special Orders
Special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-returnable and non-cancelable. Suppliers may ship extra footage, customer is liable for extra footage. Showcase moulding works with numerous suppliers enabling us to match almost any moulding. Any profile can be custom run.
Returns
Returns must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by an original sales receipt. Material must be in good condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns on special orders. No cash refunds.
Custom Milling Service
Any profile can be duplicated by one of our many moulding mills. Include footage, size, and wood species in the body of your email. If you have any questions about our custom milling service, email sales@showcasemoulding.com.
